Q:What kind of battery should I buy?

A: The 12v lithium battery with DC5521 plug can power this 360 overhead photo booth. If you are not sure whether the battery you have found is suitable or not,you can send us the product link of your battery.We can let our technicians help to check with it.

Q: Can it be powered by mains?

A: No,it can’t.This 360 overhead photo booth only support powering by the 12V lithium battery that has DC 5521 interface.

Q: Does it come with truss?

A: Truss is optional.If you don’t need the truss from us,you can tell us about it.We will update the price list with you.

If you buy the truss from us,we will help to print your logo on the truss clothes freely.You can decide the color of truss clothes and the logo color you want to print.We will need the vector image of your logo to do the printing works.

Q: What is the lead time?

A:If it happens to have stock unit,normally we will do the shipment in 3 working days after confirmed the full payment.

If it happens to have no stock unit,we will need 15 working days to produce the new unit for your order.
